桥架厂说“载荷”是怎么回事?

载荷这个参数,看起来就是一个数字,但它背后涉及的变量远比宽度要多。桥架厂在标注载荷时,默认的前提条件往往不一样。比如跨度,同样200mm宽的桥架,支撑点间距1米和2米,承载能力完全是两个概念。跨度越大,中间的弯矩越大,允许的载荷自然就要往下压。有些厂家标载荷时按1.5米跨度算,有些按2米算,数字当然对不上。

The parameter of load may seem like a number, but it involves far more variables than width. When cable tray factories label loads, the default prerequisites are often different. For example, for a bridge with a span of 200mm, the spacing between support points is 1 meter and 2 meters, and the bearing capacity is completely different concepts. The larger the span, the greater the bending moment in the middle, and the allowable load naturally needs to be compressed downwards. Some manufacturers calculate the load based on a span of 1.5 meters, while others calculate it based on 2 meters, so the numbers may not match.

再一个容易被忽视的因素是板材厚度。200mm宽的桥架,侧板用1.0mm和1.5mm的钢板,截面积差了将近一半,抗弯能力也跟着走。部分厂家为了压低报价,用偏薄的板材,载荷数字自然好看不到哪去。还有底板的加强筋设计,有的厂家在底板内侧加了纵向加强槽,有的则是平的,这直接影响整体刚度。

Another easily overlooked factor is the thickness of the board. A 200mm wide bridge frame, with side panels made of 1.0mm and 1.5mm steel plates, has a cross-sectional area difference of nearly half, and its bending resistance also increases accordingly. Some manufacturers use thinner sheets in order to lower their prices, which naturally makes the load figures difficult to see. There is also a reinforcement rib design for the bottom plate. Some manufacturers have added longitudinal reinforcement grooves on the inside of the bottom plate, while others are flat, which directly affects the overall stiffness.

材质也是一个分水岭。冷轧钢板和热镀锌钢板在力学性能上有差异,镀锌层虽然提升了耐腐蚀能力,但也会在一定程度上改变板材的屈服强度。有些厂家在算载荷时留了余量,标得保守一些;有些则贴着理论值往上报,看着数字大,实际用起来心里没底。

Material is also a watershed. Cold rolled steel plates and hot-dip galvanized steel plates have differences in mechanical properties. Although the galvanized layer improves the corrosion resistance, it also changes the yield strength of the plate to a certain extent. Some manufacturers leave a margin when calculating loads and label them conservatively; Some report based on theoretical values, feeling uncertain when it comes to actual use due to the large numbers.

还有一个行业里心照不宣的事:载荷标注标准不统一。有的厂家参照的是行业10216标准,有的参照企业内控标准,测试方法和安全系数取值不同,得出的结果自然有出入。同样标注400公斤,一个是均匀分布载荷,一个是集中载荷,实际使用场景完全不同。

There is also an unspoken fact in the industry: there is no unified standard for load labeling. Some manufacturers refer to the industry 10216 standard, while others refer to the internal control standards of enterprises. Different testing methods and safety factor values naturally lead to differences in the results obtained. Also labeled as 400 kilograms, one is a uniformly distributed load and the other is a concentrated load, with completely different actual usage scenarios.

所以选桥架的时候,别光盯着宽度和载荷数字。要问清楚厂家这个载荷对应的跨度是多少、板材厚度是多少、参照的是哪个标准。把前提条件对齐了,数字才有比较的意义。与其追一个漂亮的载荷参数,不如把这些细节确认清楚,工程用起来才踏实。

So when choosing a bridge frame, don't just focus on the width and load numbers. Ask the manufacturer clearly what the span corresponding to this load is, what the thickness of the board is, and which standard is being referenced. Align the prerequisites so that the numbers have comparative meaning. Rather than pursuing a beautiful load parameter, it is better to confirm these details clearly, so that the project can be used with ease.
