镀锌材质桥架的焊缝防锈处理细节

在不少工业厂房、园区电力配套项目的建设过程中,武汉大跨距桥架的应用场景持续拓展,镀锌材质的桥架凭借适配性强的特点被广泛选用,很多项目在现场拼接焊接后,常忽略焊缝位置的针对性防锈处理,投入使用后短时间内就出现局部锈蚀的情况,影响桥架的长期使用状态。理清焊缝位置的防锈处理细节,能有效延长镀锌桥架的整体使用寿命。

In the construction process of many industrial plants and park power supporting projects, the application scenarios of large-span cable trays in Wuhan continue to expand. Galvanized cable trays are widely used due to their strong adaptability. Many projects often neglect targeted rust prevention treatment at the weld seam position after on-site splicing and welding, resulting in local rusting within a short period of time after being put into use, which affects the long-term use of the cable tray. Clarifying the details of rust prevention treatment at the weld position can effectively extend the overall service life of galvanized cable trays.

焊接完成后的基础预处理

Basic pre-treatment after welding completion

1、焊渣与氧化层清理

1. Cleaning of welding slag and oxide layer

焊接作业结束后,先用角磨机搭配钢丝刷,完全打磨掉焊缝表面残留的焊渣、飞溅物和高温形成的黑色氧化层,让焊缝位置露出均匀的金属基底,避免杂质残留影响后续防锈涂层的附着效果。

After the welding operation is completed, use an angle grinder combined with a wire brush to completely polish off the residual welding slag, spatter, and black oxide layer formed by high temperature on the surface of the weld, so as to expose a uniform metal substrate at the weld position and avoid impurities from affecting the adhesion effect of subsequent anti rust coatings.

2、表面油污擦拭除净

2. Clean the surface oil stains by wiping them clean

用无尘布搭配专用的金属表面清洗剂,反复擦拭焊缝及其周边区域,清理掉焊接过程中沾染的油污、手汗等杂质,减少后续涂层和金属表面之间的隔离层,提升涂层的贴合度。

Using a dust-free cloth combined with a specialized metal surface cleaning agent, repeatedly wipe the weld seam and its surrounding area to remove impurities such as oil and sweat during the welding process, reduce the isolation layer between the subsequent coating and the metal surface, and improve the adhesion of the coating.

镀锌层的二次修复作业

Secondary repair operation of galvanized layer

1、富锌涂料分层涂刷

1. Layered application of zinc rich coating

选用和原桥架镀锌层锌含量适配的富锌修补涂料,在清理完成的焊缝位置均匀薄涂一层,待涂层完全干透后再做二次覆涂,控制涂层的厚度和周边原有镀锌层的厚度接近,避免出现局部涂层过厚开裂的情况。

Select a zinc rich repair coating that is compatible with the zinc content of the original bridge galvanized layer. Apply a thin layer evenly on the cleaned weld joint position, and then apply a second coat after the coating is completely dry. Control the thickness of the coating to be close to the thickness of the surrounding original galvanized layer to avoid local coating cracking due to excessive thickness.

2、边角位置细致补涂

2. Fine touch up on the corners and edges

针对焊缝和桥架板材衔接的边角缝隙位置,用小毛刷蘸取涂料细致填补,不要留下遗漏的空白区域,这些位置是后期水汽容易积存的区域,做好补涂可以减少锈蚀从边角位置逐步扩散的概率。

For the edge and corner gaps between the weld seam and the bridge plate, use a small brush dipped in paint to fill them carefully, without leaving any missing blank areas. These areas are prone to water vapor accumulation in the later stage. Proper touch up can reduce the probability of rust gradually spreading from the edge and corner positions.

后期安装过程的防护处理

Protective treatment during the later installation process

1、安装完成后的状态复查

1. Recheck the status after installation is completed

桥架整体拼接安装完成后,再次逐一排查所有焊缝位置的涂层状态,若发现安装过程中磕碰导致的涂层脱落,及时做局部的补涂处理,不要带着破损的涂层直接投入使用。

After the overall splicing and installation of the bridge frame is completed, check the coating status of all weld positions one by one again. If the coating falls off due to collision during the installation process, timely apply local touch up treatment, and do not put the damaged coating directly into use.

2、潮湿场景的附加防护

2. Additional protection for humid environments

在户外或者水汽较多的使用场景中,可以在焊缝修补完成的区域额外涂刷一层配套的封闭防护层,进一步阻隔水汽和腐蚀性介质接触金属基底,降低局部出现锈蚀的概率。

In outdoor or humid usage scenarios, an additional layer of enclosed protective coating can be applied to the area where the weld repair is completed to further block water vapor and corrosive media from contacting the metal substrate, reducing the probability of local corrosion.
