Aluminum alloy cable trays are widely used in electrical system installation due to their lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties, but their grounding continuity is often overlooked. Due to the formation of oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy, the resistance of this film layer is relatively high. If appropriate measures are not taken, it may affect the electrical connectivity of the entire bridge system, thereby posing hidden dangers to equipment safety and personnel protection.
为确保接地可靠性,通常需在桥架连接处设置跨接线。跨接线一般选用铜编织带或多股软铜线,截面积应符合相关电气规范要求——常见工程中多采用不小于4mm?或6mm?的规格,具体需依据设计文件及所承载回路的故障电流水平确定。连接点宜设在螺栓紧固部位附近,并通过专用接地端子或压接端头实现可靠电气接触。

To ensure grounding reliability, it is usually necessary to install jumper wires at the bridge connection. Copper braided tape or multi strand flexible copper wire is generally used for jumper wires, and the cross-sectional area should meet the requirements of relevant electrical specifications. In common engineering, specifications of not less than 4mm or 6mm are often used, which need to be determined based on the design documents and the fault current level of the carried circuit. The connection point should be located near the bolt fastening area, and reliable electrical contact should be achieved through dedicated grounding terminals or crimping terminals.
值得注意的是,仅靠连接螺栓压紧桥架本体不足以保证低阻通路,因氧化层可能阻断电流路径。因此,跨接线应独立于结构固定件,直接连接两侧桥架金属本体。部分厂家会在桥架端部预设接地孔或导电垫片,便于现场施工时快速建立有效连接。
It is worth noting that simply tightening the bridge body with connecting bolts is not enough to ensure a low resistance path, as the oxide layer may block the current path. Therefore, the jumper wire should be independent of the structural fixing components and directly connect the metal bodies on both sides of the bridge. Some manufacturers will pre-set grounding holes or conductive gaskets at the end of the bridge frame to facilitate quick and effective connection during on-site construction.
此外,在潮湿或多尘环境中,如武汉常见的梅雨季节,更应关注跨接点的长期稳定性,避免因腐蚀或松动导致接地失效。定期巡检中可使用接地电阻测试仪辅助判断连通状况。
In addition, in humid or dusty environments, such as the common rainy season in Wuhan, attention should be paid to the long-term stability of the contact points to avoid grounding failure due to corrosion or loosening.
