选型先按场景定结构：

强弱电混布、要散热又要防灰→托盘式（带孔底板）。

Mixing strong and weak electricity, requiring heat dissipation and dust prevention → Tray type (with perforated bottom plate).

弱电、消防报警、防电磁干扰→槽式带盖板，全封闭才安心。

Weak current, fire alarm, anti electromagnetic interference → trough type with cover plate, fully enclosed for peace of mind.

地下室、管廊、户外连廊→热浸镀锌≥65μm，潮湿户外直接拉到≥85μm，别用电镀锌凑数。

Basement, pipe gallery, outdoor corridor → hot-dip galvanizing ≥ 65 μ m, directly pull to ≥ 85 μ m in damp outdoor areas, do not use electric galvanizing to make up the difference.

三个非常容易省错钱的点：

The three easiest ways to save money:

板厚和跨距绑定：300mm宽、1.5m跨距用1.2mm还行；跨距拉到2.5m或宽度超600mm，侧板至少1.5–2.0mm，不然挠度超1/200必下垂。

Plate thickness and span binding: 1.2mm is acceptable for a width of 300mm and a span of 1.5m; When the span is extended to 2.5m or the width exceeds 600mm, the side panel should be at least 1.5-2.0mm, otherwise the deflection exceeding 1/200 will sag.

填充率别塞满：动力电缆占内腔≤40%，控制线≤50%，留10%–20%扩容余量，否则夏天电缆发热没人兜底。

Fill rate should not be too high: power cables occupy ≤ 40% of the inner cavity, control cables ≤ 50%, leaving a 10-20% expansion margin, otherwise there will be no one to cover the cable heating in summer.

小件别买杂牌：连接片、托臂、接地跨接线（≥4mm²软铜线）要和主桥架同材质同防腐，很多桥架不是主体烂，是螺丝先锈断。

Don't buy miscellaneous items for small items: connecting pieces, support arms, and grounding jumper wires (≥ 4mm ² soft copper wire) should be made of the same material and anti-corrosion as the main bridge frame. Many bridge frames are not damaged by the main body, but by the screws rusting first.

大跨距管廊、车站站台这种项目，提前让厂家出荷载曲线和伸缩节方案，比开工后加吊架省钱十倍。

Projects such as large-span pipe galleries and station platforms require manufacturers to provide load curves and expansion joint schemes in advance, which saves ten times more money than adding hangers after construction begins.
