大项目动辄上万米桥架，板材批次色差、镀锌层厚度波动、弯通尺寸偏差，都会在现场放大成返工。有自动生产线的厂家，辊压成型精度、冲孔定位、切断公差都比半自动或小作坊稳定得多。大跨距梯边加强筋一次成型，不需要现场二次焊接加固，省的是安装工时。

Large projects often involve tens of thousands of meters of cable trays, with color differences in plate batches, fluctuations in galvanized layer thickness, and deviations in bending dimensions, all of which will be magnified on-site for rework. 三、附件配套率直接影响工期

现场非常耽误事的是桥架到了弯通不对口、三通尺寸差两公分。正规厂家梯式、托盘、槽式全系列配套弯通、变宽件、终端封头，同线出品尺寸紧密贴合。附件齐套率高对赶工期的项目来说，比便宜几块钱一米值钱得多。

The thickness of the zinc layer and the number of hours of salt spray test vary greatly for hot-dip galvanizing. Chemical plants and coastal projects should use fiberglass or composite epoxy instead; Ordinary hot-dip galvanizing is sufficient for underground garages, but cold plating is not. Whether the manufacturer can provide anti-corrosion suggestions and testing reports based on the working conditions is the watershed of professionalism.
