很多项目桥架本体没问题，验收时却卡在“晃、响、下垂”——问题往往不出在桥架板，而在支撑系统没选对。

一、托臂才是大跨距的隐形主角

1、 Arm support is the invisible protagonist with a large span

6米以上过梁，梯边再加强，托臂跟不上也白搭。Q235碳钢热浸锌托臂是主流，但得看实际壁厚、锌层附着量和切割端面补漆工艺。只配薄壁角铁、冷镀应付的，济南回南天一返潮，焊缝先锈穿。

二、满焊不是“焊上就行”

梯式桥架受力点在梯边和侧轨，点焊省工时但长期动载下易开焊异响。同线满焊+去渣防锈，再配同厂弯通，现场不用切角硬凑——苏鑫跑过济南火车站、潍坊电厂这类项目，吃过的亏都焊进了工艺单里。

三、防腐按“湿度+介质”双轴选

3、 Anti corrosion selection based on "humidity+medium" dual axis

地下车库/办公楼：热浸锌钢制，锌层别低于65μm；

Underground garage/office building: made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with zinc layers below 65 μ m;

化工厂/沿海：直接玻璃钢或复合环氧，别拿冷镀硬扛；

Chemical plants/coastal areas: direct fiberglass or composite epoxy, do not use cold plated hard carriers;

户外托臂：和热浸锌桥架同寿命，切割面48小时内补富锌漆。

Outdoor support arm: Same lifespan as hot-dip galvanized bridge, with zinc rich paint applied to the cutting surface within 48 hours.

四、本地厂的隐藏价值在“复尺”

4、 The hidden value of local factories lies in the 'complex scale'

大跨距非常怕图纸和现场差两公分。有自动产线+技术客服的厂，能上门复尺、按管廊实际走向出非标弯通，母线槽和JDG管一次对齐，停工等货的成本比桥架差价贵十倍。

The biggest concern for large spans is a difference of two centimeters between the drawings and the site. A factory with automatic production lines and technical customer service can provide on-site re sizing, non-standard bending according to the actual direction of the pipe gallery, align the bus duct and JDG pipe at once, and the cost of stopping work is ten times more expensive than the price difference of the bridge.

筛厂别先翻报价单：看托臂材质→问满焊工艺→核大跨距结构方案→验复尺和附件齐套。这四关过了，管廊里趴着返工的概率直接砍掉大半。

Don't flip through the quotation for the screening factory first: check the material of the support arm → inquire about the welding process → verify the large-span structural scheme → check and confirm the complete set of dimensions and accessories.
