1、荷载等级:别只写"重型",要写具体数值

1. Load level: Don't just write 'heavy', write specific values

大跨距桥架的荷载分为轻型、中型、重型三档,但"重型"只是一个笼统分类。合同中建议直接标注均布荷载数值,比如"荷载等级:750N/m"或"1000N/m"。不同数值对应的板材厚度、加强筋数量差别很大,口头说"够用"到了验收环节容易扯皮。

The load of large-span bridge frames is divided into three categories: light, medium, and heavy, but "heavy" is only a general classification. It is recommended to directly indicate the uniformly distributed load value in the contract, such as "load level: 750N/m" or "1000N/m". 2、跨距长度:超6米和超8米,支撑方案完全不同

大跨距桥架的"大"到底多大?行业内一般把单跨超过6米的归为大跨距。但6米和8米在支架设计、挠度控制上差异明显。合同里建议注明挠度限值(通常为跨距的1/200)。武汉夏季湿度大、温差变化也不小,跨距越大,热胀冷缩带来的形变风险越高,这一项写清楚能省掉后续不少麻烦。
