1、安装前先核对:支撑间距和桥架间距有硬性要求
1. Before installation, check that there are strict requirements for support spacing and bridge spacing
根据GB 50303《建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范》,铝合金桥架水平敷设时,支撑点间距不应大于1.5米;垂直敷设时不应大于2米。桥架与桥架之间的拼接缝隙,标准要求控制在3毫米以内,超出这个范围需要加垫片处理。武汉铝合金桥架在实际项目中,不少施工队为了赶工期跳过垫片这一步,导致后期桥架晃动、连接处开裂,返工成本反而更高。

2、接地不是拧颗螺丝那么简单

铝合金桥架本身导电性不如钢制桥架,所以接地环节更不能马虎。国标要求桥架全长应与接地干线可靠连接,连接点间距不超过30米,转弯处和端部均需设置接地点。实际操作中常见的问题是只在起点和终点各接一处,中间大段桥架处于"浮空"状态,一旦发生漏电,电流无法及时导入大地,风险不小。建议使用专用接地跨接线,截面积不小于4平方毫米,连接处需去除氧化层后再紧固。
Aluminum alloy cable trays themselves have lower conductivity than steel cable trays, so the grounding process cannot be taken lightly. The national standard requires that the entire length of the bridge should be reliably connected to the grounding main line, with a distance of no more than 30 meters between connection points. Grounding points should be set at both the turning and end points. Once leakage occurs, the current cannot be timely introduced into the ground, and the risk is not small. It is recommended to use a dedicated grounding jumper wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 4 square millimeters. The connection should be removed of the oxide layer before tightening.
3、穿墙和楼板处的封堵,很多项目栽在这里

桥架穿越防火分区的墙体或楼板时,需要做防火封堵。封堵材料应选用防火包或防火泥,填塞后表面需与墙体齐平。2026年新修订的消防验收细则中,对封堵材料的耐火出色有了更明确的要求,普通水泥砂浆已不能满足部分场景的验收标准。武汉铝合金桥架在武钢、三峡水电等大型项目中,封堵工序都有专人逐点位检查,这个经验值得中小项目借鉴。
