  一:施工准备

  1: Construction preparation

  1、技术准备:熟悉施工图与图纸会审纪要。

  1. Technical preparation: Familiar with construction drawings and drawing review minutes.

  2、材料要求:电缆桥架厚度符合桥架规范要求,表面处理的涂层均匀、厚度符合要求,全部采用热镀锌支、吊架,配件齐全。

  2. Material requirements: The thickness of the cable tray meets the specifications of the tray, the surface treatment coating is uniform, the thickness meets the requirements, all use hot-dip galvanized supports and hangers, and the accessories are complete.

  3、主要机具:锯弓、锯条,切割机、电锤、电钻、台钻、砂轮机、电焊机、钢角尺、水平尺、红外线放线仪、梯子。

  3. Main equipment: saw bow, saw blade, cutting machine, electric hammer, electric drill, bench drill, grinding wheel machine, welding machine, steel angle ruler, level ruler, infrared pay off instrument, ladder.

  4、作业条件:

  二:施工工艺

  2: Construction technology

  1、工艺流程:

  1. Process flow:

  热镀锌支、吊架制安 桥架安装 桥架接地 电缆敷设 桥架盖盖板 电缆终端制安

  2、施工工艺:

  2. Construction technology:

  1、热镀锌支、吊架制作:热镀锌型钢调直、下料、钻孔、组对、焊接。钻孔必须要用台钻或飞机钻钻孔,不得用气电焊割孔;热镀锌支、吊架的安装位置要求是:水平直线段不大于3m,竖直段不大于2m,桥架三通、弯通等异形件500mm范围内应设置热镀锌支、吊架。所有支、吊架必须接地可靠,且不得位于桥架连接处。

  1. Production of hot-dip galvanized supports and hangers: straightening, cutting, drilling, assembling, and welding of hot-dip galvanized steel sections. Drilling must be done using a bench drill or an aircraft drill, and gas electric welding is not allowed to cut holes; The installation position requirements for hot-dip galvanized supports and hangers are: the horizontal straight section should not exceed 3m, the vertical section should not exceed 2m, and hot-dip galvanized supports and hangers should be installed within 500mm of special-shaped parts such as bridge tees and bends. All supports and hangers must be reliably grounded and must not be located at the connection of the bridge.

  2、安装前的检查:合格证齐全、材质证书齐全,外观尺寸偏差符合标准要求;

  3、桥架连接:连接应紧密平正,螺母在外,螺栓齐全,内侧无锋口,加工面已做防腐处理。镀锌桥架连接板两端的螺栓中应有不少于2个螺栓带有弹簧垫圈;防火桥架连接板处的所有螺栓均应配弹簧垫。桥架直线段超过30m时,其连接处要应设伸缩连接板,伸缩连接板的螺丝孔每片仅2个,螺母为蝶形螺母,无需弹簧垫,螺母带上后不要拧紧。桥架纵向穿楼板处应在每边各打2个Φ9的孔,孔要排列均匀,呈水平状,以供电缆放完后的防火封堵用。

  3. Bridge connection: The connection should be tight and straight, with nuts on the outside, complete bolts, no sharp edges on the inside, and the machined surface has been treated with anti-corrosion. There should be no less than 2 bolts with spring washers on both ends of the galvanized bridge connecting plate; All bolts at the connection plate of the fireproof bridge should be equipped with spring washers. When the straight section of the bridge exceeds 30m, expansion connection plates should be installed at the connection points. The screw holes of each expansion connection plate are only 2, and the nuts are butterfly nuts without spring washers. Do not tighten the nuts after putting them on. At the longitudinal penetration of the bridge through the floor slab, two Φ 9 holes should be drilled on each side. The holes should be arranged evenly and horizontally for fireproof sealing after the cables are placed.

  4、桥架的接地:

  4. Grounding of cable tray:

  A、强电井内镀锌桥架接地:在强电井内单独敷一根-25*4的镀锌扁钢,此扁钢与每段桥架用BVR-4少做一次可靠连接,固定螺丝可采用桥架的连接螺丝。

  A、 Grounding of galvanized cable tray in strong current well: A separate -25 * 4 galvanized flat steel shall be laid in the strong current well, and this flat steel shall be reliably connected to each section of the cable tray at least once with BVR-4. The fixing screws can be the connection screws of the cable tray.

  B、其它部位利用金属桥架做接地线:各连接处的两侧均要用不小于16mm2的铜编织线做跨接,连接前,应用接地垫圈将接地螺丝孔周围的防护层,并用双臂直流电桥实测桥架连接处的电阻,电阻值不大于0.00033Ω的为合格,接地跨接处桥架外侧依次是接地垫圈、接地线端子、平垫、螺母。

  B、 Other parts use metal cable trays as grounding wires: Copper braided wires of not less than 16mm2 should be used on both sides of each connection for cross connection. Before connection, the protective layer around the grounding screw hole should be removed with a grounding washer, and the resistance at the connection of the cable tray should be measured using a double arm DC bridge. The outer side of the cable tray at the grounding cross connection is the grounding washer, grounding wire terminal, flat washer, and nut in sequence.

  5、桥架固定:桥架固定后要保持横平竖直,线性偏差不大于5mm,桥架调平后应与桥架接触。直线 段超过30m时,应设置伸缩节。伸缩节的做法是:将连接处的一头螺栓孔开成长孔,带上螺栓不紧固,连接处的另一头按常规连接即可。

  5. Bridge fixing: After the bridge is fixed, it should be kept horizontal and vertical, with a linear deviation of no more than 5mm. After the bridge is leveled, it should be in contact with the bridge. When the straight section exceeds 30m, expansion joints should be installed. The method of the expansion joint is to make a long hole in one end of the bolt hole at the connection, without tightening the bolt, and connect the other end of the connection as usual.

  6、电缆敷设:低压电缆敷设前,应拆开电缆封头,用1000V摇表对电缆进行绝缘摇测,电阻应大于10MΩ,并根据低压柜出线图对电缆进行统一排序;电缆敷设时,电缆应从盘上拉出,严禁有绞拧,严禁横拉猛拽。桥架内电缆排列要整齐,竖井内电缆按1m间距绑扎,水平方向按每10m绑扎一次,绑扎材料为黑色扎带。电缆占桥架的横截面积不得大于桥架横截面积的50%。电缆敷设到位后,应及时在电缆的终端和分支处挂电缆牌。

  6. Cable laying: Before laying low-voltage cables, the cable heads should be removed, and insulation shake tests should be conducted on the cables using a 1000V shake meter. The resistance should be greater than 10M Ω, and the cables should be sorted uniformly according to the low-voltage cabinet outgoing diagram; When laying cables, they should be pulled out from the reel, and twisting or pulling horizontally is strictly prohibited. The cables in the bridge should be arranged neatly, and the cables in the vertical shaft should be tied at a spacing of 1m. The horizontal direction should be tied every 10m, and the binding material should be black zip ties. The cross-sectional area of the cable tray shall not exceed 50% of the cross-sectional area of the tray. After the cable is laid in place, cable tags should be hung at the terminals and branches of the cable in a timely manner.

  7、电缆挂牌:电缆首末\拐弯处\交叉处应挂电缆标牌,标牌上要注明:电缆代号、电压等级、起始位置、规格型号。

  7. Cable tagging: Cable tags should be hung at the beginning, end, bend, and intersection of the cable. The tags should indicate the cable code, voltage level, starting position, and specifications.

  8桥架防火封堵:桥架穿越不同防火分区处均需进行防火封堵。先在桥架穿楼板处的内侧穿好铁丝,然后将防火枕密码在桥架内侧;桥架外侧用防火胶泥填封,并加铝条归整平实。

  Fire sealing of bridge trays: Fire sealing is required for bridge trays passing through different fire compartments. First, thread the iron wire on the inside of the bridge passing through the floor slab, and then password the fireproof pillow on the inside of the bridge; The outer side of the bridge frame is sealed with fireproof adhesive and leveled with aluminum strips.

  9、桥架盖盖板:盖板要齐全,与本体配套,盖板表面清洁。

  10、电缆终端制安:变配电室内全部做成热缩终端头,其他部位做干包式电缆终端头,制作电缆头时,从剥切电缆开始应连续到完成操作,缩短绝缘暴露时间。电缆头的操作工艺如下:

  10. Cable terminal installation: All transformer and distribution rooms are made with heat shrinkable terminal heads, while other parts are made with dry pack cable terminal heads. When making cable heads, the process should be continuous from cable stripping to completion to shorten the insulation exposure time. The operation process of cable head is as follows:

  ①、干包式电缆头:

  ① Dry pack cable head:

  A、绝缘摇测:1000V摇测,绝缘电阻在10MΩ以上为合格。摇完后先取下红表笔,再让电缆各线芯充分放电,一般时间为1min。

  A、 Insulation shake test: 1000V shake test, insulation resistance above 10M Ω is qualified. After shaking, remove the red probe first, and then allow each core of the cable to fully discharge, usually for 1 minute.

  B、剥切电缆外绝缘和线芯绝缘;

  B、 Peel off the outer insulation and core insulation of the cable;

  C、压接铜接线端子;

  C、 Crimp copper wire terminals;

  D、拿PVC胶粘带用半叠法包缠电缆头的根部,粘胶带要缠紧密,形状呈枣核状,以手套套入紧密为宜;

  D、 Wrap the root of the cable head with PVC adhesive tape using a half stack method. The adhesive tape should be tightly wrapped in a jujube shaped shape, and gloves should be tightly fitted;

  E、套上塑料手套,在线芯端子压接部位和电缆线芯分叉处各线芯根部分别用PVC粘胶带包绕防潮锥,防潮锥的外径比线芯绝缘外径大8mm即可。

  E、 Put on plastic gloves and wrap moisture-proof cones around the crimping parts of the wire core terminals and the branching points of the cable core at the root of each wire core with PVC adhesive tape. The outer diameter of the moisture-proof cone should be 8mm larger than the outer diameter of the wire core insulation.

  F、包绕线芯绝缘层:用PVC粘胶带在电缆分支手套指端起到电缆端头,按半叠法包缠2层。并在端子压接处的粘胶带外包缠相色带2-3层。

  F、 Wrap the core insulation layer: Use PVC adhesive tape to wrap the cable branch glove from the finger end to the cable end, and wrap it in two layers using a half stack method. Wrap 2-3 layers of adhesive tape around the terminal crimping area.

  G、固定电缆头,连接线芯端子。

  G、 Fix the cable head and connect the wire core terminals.

  ②、热缩终端头:

  ② Heat shrink terminal head:

  A、绝缘摇测;

  A、 Insulation shake test;

  B、剥切电缆外绝缘和线芯绝缘;

  B、 Peel off the outer insulation and core insulation of the cable;

  C、线芯分支处包绕电缆填充胶,使其呈橄榄形;绕包密封胶带,做防潮段,其长度60mm,其直径比电缆外径大15mm。

  C、 Wrap the cable filling glue around the branch of the wire core to make it olive shaped; Wrap the sealing tape and make a moisture-proof section, with a length of 60mm and a maximum diameter 15mm larger than the outer diameter of the cable.

  D、热缩固定塑料手套:从根部向两端收缩固定。

  D、 Heat shrink fixed plastic gloves: shrink and fix from the base to both ends.

  E、压接端子;

  E、 Crimping terminal;

  F、热缩固定线芯绝缘管;梯级式桥架-001

  F、 Heat shrink fixed core insulation tube;

  G、填充压接端子上的压坑,在压接端子的铜管部位套上相色管,热缩固定相色管。

  G、 Fill the pressure pit on the crimping terminal, insert a phase color tube into the copper tube of the crimping terminal, and heat shrink fix the phase color tube.

  H、固定电缆头,连接线芯端子。

  H、 Fix the cable head and connect the wire core terminals.

  三:质量要求

  3: Quality requirements

  1、桥架型号、规格符合设计要求;

  1. The bridge model and specifications meet the design requirements;

  2、桥架及支架接地可靠、连续,盖板齐全,与桥架本体锁紧;

  2. The grounding of the bridge and bracket is reliable and continuous, the cover plate is complete, and it is locked with the bridge body;

  3、桥架的不直度:水平或垂直允许偏差为其长度的2‰,全长不大于20mm;

  3. The non straightness of the bridge frame: the allowable deviation for horizontal or vertical is 2 ‰ of its length, and the total length is not more than 20mm;

  4、穿越不同防火分区处防火封堵严密;

  4. Fire sealing is tightly sealed when passing through different fire compartments;

  5、电缆绝缘良好,电缆头制作规范,电缆头各线芯色标正确,与设备接线正确,未让设备接线端子承受额外力。

  5. The cable insulation is good, the cable head is made in a standardized manner, the color codes of each core of the cable head are correct, and the wiring with the equipment is correct. The equipment wiring terminals are not subjected to additional force.

  四:成品保护措施

  4: Finished product protection measures

  1、桥架安装后要及时覆盖,以免落入杂物;

  1. After the installation of the bridge, it should be covered in a timely manner to prevent debris from falling into it;

  2、电缆放完后,要及时盖桥架盖板和做电缆终端头,并加强保卫工作,减少电缆被盗发生。

  2. After the cables are laid, it is necessary to promptly cover the bridge cover and make cable terminations, and strengthen security work to reduce cable theft.

  五:注意事项

  5: Safety precautions

  1、遵守高空作业操作规程;

  1. Comply with safety operating procedures for high-altitude operations;

  2、井内作业时照度要正常,洞口要及时覆盖,尽量避免纵向交叉作业;

  2. When working in the well, the illumination should be normal, and the entrance should be covered in a timely manner to avoid vertical cross operation as much as possible;

  3、电缆绝缘摇测后应先取下红表笔,并及时对线芯放电,且电缆头制作的人员,必须熟悉电缆头的制作工艺,不熟悉的人员不得进行操作。做热缩头时,要先清完场内杂物,喷灯不得对着人或易燃易爆物体。

  3. After the cable insulation shake test, the red probe should be removed first, and the wire core should be discharged in a timely manner. The personnel who make the cable head must be familiar with the production process of the cable head, and unfamiliar personnel are not allowed to operate it.   4、遵守临时用电规程。

  六:措施

  施工过程中,要随时做到工完料净场清,电缆盘及做电缆头的废料要及时清运。
