桥架需要跨接吗需要,但可以通过防松螺帽或防松垫圈。当采用镀锌电缆桥架时,可通过防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接来实现桥架跨接,对于不锈钢和铝合金材质电缆桥架,则应采用专用的接地螺栓孔进行接地跨接采购桥架时,为方便施工,建议要求厂家配套的连接片的螺栓为防松螺母,不建议采用防松垫圈。
Does the bridge need to be bridged? Yes, but it can be done with anti loosening nuts or washers. When using galvanized cable trays, bridge bridging can be achieved through the connection of anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers. For stainless steel and aluminum alloy cable trays, dedicated grounding bolt holes should be used for grounding bridging. When purchasing cable trays, for the convenience of construction, it is recommended to require the bolts of the connecting pieces provided by the manufacturer to be anti loosening nuts, and it is not recommended to use anti loosening washers.

01 Standard Basis
1)SH/T 3164-2021石油化工仪表系统防雷设计规范10.2.10 金属电缆槽板之间的连接件应采用少两组带有防松垫片的镀锌钢螺栓直接压接,实现导电连接,或采用压接镀锡铜连接片的绝缘多股铜线跨接,铜线截面积应≥4.0mm2。
1) SH/T 3164-2021 Design Specification for Lightning Protection of Petrochemical Instrumentation Systems 10.2.10 The connectors between metal cable trays should be directly crimped with at least two sets of galvanized steel bolts with anti loosening gaskets to achieve conductive connection, or insulated multi strand copper wires with crimped tinned copper connectors should be used for cross connection. The cross-sectional area of the copper wire should be ≥ 4.0mm2.
6.5.1 接地导线应采用压接方式;导线端应采用铜或镀锡铜连接片压接,所有采用压接方式的连接点均应采用带有防松垫片的镀锌钢螺栓压紧固定,实现导电连接。同一压接点的压接导线不应多于两条。2)SH/T 3569-2020?石油化工电缆桥架施工及验收规范8.2.3 镀锌电缆桥架间连接板的两端可不作接地跨接,垫圈的连接固定螺栓。但连接板每端应不少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓。8.2.4 不锈钢和铝合金材质的电缆桥架连接处应使用专用的接地螺栓孔进行接地跨接,不应采用桥架连接板固定螺栓孔,跨接导线的截面积应符合设计文件要。3)GB 50169-2016?电气装置安装工程接地装置施工及验收规范4.3.9 金属电缆桥架的接地应符合下列规定:1 宜在电缆桥架的支吊架上焊接螺栓,和电缆桥架主体采用两端压接铜鼻子的铜绞线跨接,跨接线小截面积不应小4mm2。2 电缆桥架的镀钵支吊架和镀辞电缆桥架之间无跨接地线时,其间的连接处应有不少于2个带有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的螺栓固定。

But each end of the connecting plate should have at least 2 fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers. 8.2.4 Special grounding bolt holes should be used for grounding bridging at the connection points of stainless steel and aluminum alloy cable trays. Cable tray connection plates should not be used to fix bolt holes, and the cross-sectional area of the bridging wires should comply with the design documents. 3)GB 50169-2016? Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Devices in Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering 4.3.9 The grounding of metal cable trays should comply with the following regulations: 1. It is recommended to weld bolts on the supports and hangers of cable trays, and the main body of cable trays should be bridged with copper stranded wires with copper noses pressed at both ends. The minimum cross-sectional area of the jumper wire should not be less than 4mm2. When there is no grounding wire between the plating bowl support hanger of the cable tray and the plating groove cable tray, there should be no less than 2 bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers fixed at the connection between them.
4)也可以参考其他规范,如GB 50303-2015?建筑电气工程施工质量验收规范中11.1.1金属梯架、托盘或槽盒本体之间的连接应牢固可靠,与保护导体的连接应符合下列规定:1 梯架、托盘和槽盒全长不大于30m时,不应少于2处与保护导体可靠连接;全长大于30m时,每隔20m~30m应增加一个连接点,起始端和终点端均应可靠接地。2 非镀锌梯架、托盘和槽盒本体之间连接板的两端应跨接保护联结导体,保护联结导体的截面积应符合设计要求。3 镀锌梯架、托盘和槽盒本体之间不跨接保护联结导体时,连接板每端不应少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓。GB 55024-2022?建筑电气与智能化通用规范8.7.1电缆桥架本体之间的连接应牢固可靠,金属电缆桥架与保护导体的连接应符合下列规定:

General Specification for Building Electrical and Intelligent Engineering 8.7.1 The connection between cable trays should be firm and reliable, and the connection between metal cable trays and protective conductors should comply with the following regulations:
1 电缆桥架全长不大于30m时,不应少于2处与保护导体可靠连接;全长大于30m时,每隔 20m~30m应增加一个连接点,起始端和终点端均应可靠接地;2 非镀锌电缆桥架本体之间连接板的两端应跨接保护联结导体,保护联结导体的截面面积应符合设计要求;3 镀锌电缆桥架本体之间不跨接保护联结导体时,连接板每端不应少于2个有防松螺帽或防松垫圈的连接固定螺栓。
