桥架材质的选择,往往比结构选型更考验工程人员的判断力。同样规格的桥架,采用不同材质,在使用寿命、承载能力和成本控制方面可能相差数倍。选错材质,轻则增加维护成本,重则导致结构失效。目前工程中非常主流的三种材质——热镀锌、不锈钢和铝合金——各有其适用边界,本文将从工程实践角度进行系统对比。

不锈钢桥架通常采用304或316材质,专为高腐蚀环境设计。其耐腐蚀能力优于镀锌桥架,能够抵抗化工气体、沿海盐雾等严苛环境的侵蚀,使用寿命可达20年以上。在化工厂、沿海项目、高湿度或腐蚀性环境中,不锈钢桥架是保障长期稳定运行的关键。但其成本通常是镀锌桥架的1.5至3倍,因此不建议在普通室内项目中过度配置。

Stainless steel cable trays are usually made of 304 or 316 materials, designed specifically for high corrosion environments. Its corrosion resistance far exceeds that of galvanized cable trays, and it can resist the erosion of harsh environments such as chemical gases and coastal salt spray. Its service life can reach more than 20 years. Stainless steel cable trays are crucial for ensuring long-term stable operation in chemical plants, coastal projects, high humidity or corrosive environments. But its cost is usually 1.5 to 3 times that of galvanized cable trays, so it is not recommended to over configure it in ordinary indoor projects.

However, it should be noted that aluminum alloy material has a softer texture and lower load-bearing capacity than steel. When reaching the same load-bearing capacity, the thickness needs to be doubled, resulting in increased costs.

工程选材的核心判断标准可归纳为三点:环境腐蚀等级、结构承载需求和全生命周期成本。普通室内环境选用热镀锌即可满足需求;潮湿或中等腐蚀环境可考虑热镀锌或不锈钢;强腐蚀环境则建议选用不锈钢316。同时,工程人员应避免“只看单价”的误区,将维护频率、更换周期和停工成本纳入综合考量,才能真正实现经济性与可靠性的平衡。
