电缆桥架的接地:
Grounding of cable tray:
电缆桥架包括电缆槽盒、电缆托盘、电缆梯架,不管是否能触及到都必须接地。接地除了在始、终端与PE线相连接外,本身之间还需要跨接。
Cable trays include cable tray boxes, cable trays, and cable ladders, which must be grounded regardless of whether they are accessible or not. In addition to being connected to the PE line at the beginning and end, grounding also requires cross connection between itself.
1、镀锌电缆槽盒因为锌是良导体,且不易氧化,而且桥架的连接板也是做镀锌处理的,因此桥架可直接利用连接板作为跨接板。为了使跨接可靠,连接板每一端应由不少于2个防松螺帽或防松垫圈的螺栓固定。电缆槽盒若是安装在振动场所,每只螺栓均应加装弹簧垫圈。
1. Galvanized cable trays can be directly used as jumper plates because zinc is a good conductor and not easily oxidized, and the connecting plates of the cable tray are also galvanized. In order to ensure reliable cross connection, each end of the connecting plate should be fixed with bolts containing no less than 2 anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers. If the cable tray is installed in a vibrating area, each bolt should be equipped with a spring washer.
2、喷漆或喷塑电缆槽盒的涂层是绝缘物,因此槽盒之间必须跨接,电缆桥架连接部位宜采用两端压接镀锡铜鼻子的铜绞线跨接,跨接线的小截面积不小于4mm2。电缆槽盒两端若焊铁质螺栓,容易生锈增加接触电阻。为了避免此缺点,应在电缆槽盒两端焊铜质螺栓或在电缆槽上打洞后焊铜质螺母,这样做跨接更加可靠。

The connection part of the cable tray should be bridged with copper stranded wires with tin plated copper noses pressed at both ends, and the minimum cross-sectional area of the jumper wire should not be less than 4mm2. If iron bolts are welded at both ends of the cable tray box, it is easy to rust and increase contact resistance. To avoid this drawback, copper bolts should be welded at both ends of the cable tray box or copper nuts should be welded after drilling holes in the cable tray, which makes the jumper more reliable.
3、塑料桥架或玻璃钢桥架的外壳不必接地。

4、沿电缆桥架敷设的铜绞线、镀锌扁钢及利用桥架构成电气通路的金属构件,如安装托架用的金属构件作为接地干线,电缆桥架全长不大于30m时,应有不少于2处与接地干线相连;全长大于30m时,每隔20~30m增加与接地干线的连接点。电缆桥架的始、终端均应与接地网做可靠连接。
4. 2、母线槽连接后的始、终端必须有接地端子,接地端子处应有接志。金属外壳的母线槽,外壳必须与PE线相连,连接处的接触面建议做镀锌处理,使得母线槽外壳接地更可靠。

4、薄钢板外壳的母线槽一般由四块钢板组成,相互之间用螺栓连成一体,每个螺栓有两只带刺垫圈,能同时刺穿上、下两块钢板的绝缘涂层,使钢板之间连通。穿心螺栓接地必须可靠,接地端子应焊在直接与绝缘母线相接触的一块钢板的两端,并采用镀锌带齿锁紧垫圈。母线槽上任何一处未涂漆点与接地端子间的电阻不得大于0.1Ω。
4. The bus duct of the thin steel plate shell is generally composed of four steel plates, which are connected to each other by bolts. Each bolt has two piercing washers, which can pierce the insulation coating of the upper and lower steel plates at the same time, so that the steel plates are connected. The grounding of the through bolt must be reliable, and the grounding terminal should be welded to both ends of a steel plate in direct contact with the insulated busbar, and a galvanized toothed locking washer should be used. The resistance between any unpainted point on the bus duct and the grounding terminal shall not exceed 0.1 Ω.
5、母线槽的固定支架也应接地。对平时不易碰到的支架可不接地,但必须保证让母线槽外壳接地可靠。
