母线槽与传统的电缆相较,在大电流传输时充分展现出它的优势,新型技术和工艺也大幅减小了母线槽两端部连接处及分线口插接处的接触电阻和温升,高品质绝缘材料的应用亦提升了母线槽的可靠程度,让整个系统更为完善。母线槽的特点是具备系列配套、商品化生产、体积小、容量大、设计施工周期短、装拆便捷、不会燃烧、可靠、使用期限长。母线槽的过载能力较强,这源于它所用的绝缘材料工作温度较高,母线槽所用的绝缘材料过去采用工作温度为 105℃的材料,如今已研发出工作温度为 140℃以上的辐射交联阻燃缠绕带(PER)和辐射交联聚烃热收缩管。

New technologies and processes also significantly reduce the contact resistance and temperature rise at the connection points at both ends of the bus duct and at the junction of the distribution port. The application of high-quality insulation materials also enhances the safety and reliability of the bus duct, making the entire system more complete. The characteristics of busbar trunking are series matching, commercial production, small volume, large capacity, short design and construction period, convenient assembly and disassembly, non combustible, safe and reliable, and long service life. The overload capacity of the bus duct is strong, which is due to the high working temperature of the insulation material used. The insulation material used for the bus duct used to be made of materials with a working temperature of 105 ℃, but now radiation cross-linked flame-retardant winding tape (PER) and radiation cross-linked hydrocarbon heat shrinkable tube with a working temperature of over 140 ℃ have been developed.

When detecting insulation strength, one of the detection probes is fixed on the first conductive sheet, and the other detection probe is moved sequentially from the first conductive sheet to each conductive sheet. Similarly, perform pairwise tests on the insulation strength between the conductive sheets inside the bus duct. When moved onto each conductive sheet, the insulation strength detector will detect the insulation strength between the two conductive sheets detected by the two detection probes. Detecting the resistance of a conductive sheet is much simpler than detecting insulation strength. Simply control two detection probes to move to both ends of the same conductive sheet at the same time, and a micro ohmmeter can measure the resistance of the conductive sheet. The measured resistance and insulation strength of the conductive sheet will be automatically transmitted to the upper computer.
由于母线槽铺设环境及安装要求较为特殊,在建筑物内需单独预留电气竖井作为专用空间,对于一幢高层建筑物而言,从上下电气竖井所占用的面积颇为可观,增加了土建投资;母线槽是一节一节安装的,每节将近百公斤,安装就位全依赖人力搬动及调整,其劳动强度之大可想而知;因层高不同、电流等级各异,母线槽的互换能力往往较差,若接头不平整光滑,拧紧接头连接螺栓的空间又过小,安装就更耗费时间与精力;此外母线槽的安装要求较为严格,安装时需避免产生碰撞、敲击,连接螺栓的紧固要适度,过紧或过松都会造成隐患。

During installation, collision and knocking should be avoided, and the fastening of connecting bolts should be moderate. Over tightening or over loosening can cause hidden dangers.
母线槽制作工艺陈旧,几乎均为手工制作,人为因素较多,质量优劣无法有效管控。建设单位在母线槽订货时,需对母线槽制造厂家的生产规模、技术实力、工人素质及生产环境进行一番深入详尽的考察,尤其是生产环境。因为若绝缘处理在不洁净的空间中进行,绝缘层中难免会存在一些导电微粒,运行初期或许并无影响,但时间一长就会导致绝缘损坏。

When ordering bus ducts, the construction unit needs to conduct a thorough and detailed investigation of the production scale, technical strength, worker quality, and production environment of the bus duct manufacturer, especially the production environment. Because if insulation treatment is carried out in an unclean space, there may inevitably be some conductive particles in the insulation layer, which may not have an impact during the initial operation, but over time can lead to insulation damage.
