I have found that 80% of the bridge failures in the later stage are due to non-standard installation details, especially in the construction of roof bridges. A small mistake can cause problems such as roof leakage, cable damage, and bridge corrosion, resulting in extremely high maintenance costs in the later stage. The humid coastal areas of Shandong and the large temperature differences throughout the four seasons in the inland make the installation requirements for photovoltaic cable trays more stringent.   屋面桥架安装容易被忽略,也是致命的坑,就是**屋面间距不达标**。很多施工队为了省事,将桥架直接紧贴屋面铺设,完全违背施工规范,这也是山东光伏屋面漏水的首要原因。按照行业强制标准,光伏桥架底部距离屋面必须**≥5cm**,不能紧贴屋面安装。这个5cm的间距,既能保障屋面雨水正常流通,不堵塞排水通道,又能避免桥架长期挤压屋面防水层,防止防水唇破损、开裂,从根源杜绝漏水隐患。一旦省略这个间距,雨季雨水淤积,加上桥架重压,屋面防水极易破损,后期维修不仅要拆桥架、修防水,还可能损坏下方光伏设备,得不偿失。

This 5cm spacing ensures the normal flow of rainwater on the roof, does not block drainage channels, and avoids long-term compression of the roof waterproof layer by the bridge, preventing damage and cracking of the waterproof lip and eliminating potential water leakage hazards from the root. At the same time, the minimum plate thickness should be matched according to the width: bridge width<200mm, plate thickness ≥ 1.2mm; width 200-400mm, plate thickness ≥ 1.5mm; width>400mm, plate thickness ≥ 2.0mm, to ensure that the load-bearing capacity meets the standard and avoid long-term deformation and falling.

  安装施工工艺,直接影响电缆寿命与桥架稳定性。安装时必须做到横平竖直,水平度偏差≤2mm/m,垂直度偏差≤1mm/m,接口处采用专用连接件紧固,杜绝缝隙、松动。转弯处严禁直角切割,必须做**圆弧过渡处理**,圆弧半径≥电缆外径的10倍,防止直角边缘划伤电缆绝缘层,避免线路短路、漏电风险。线缆排布同样要严守之前的30%红线,不超量布线,保证散热空间,双重保障电缆。

  The installation and construction process directly affects the service life of cables and the stability of cable trays. During installation, it is necessary to ensure horizontal and vertical alignment, with a horizontal deviation of ≤ 2mm/m and a vertical deviation of ≤ 1mm/m. Special connectors should be used to fasten the interface to prevent gaps and looseness. It is strictly prohibited to cut at right angles at turning points. Arc transition treatment must be carried out with a radius of no less than 10 times the outer diameter of the cable to prevent scratches on the insulation layer of the cable at the edge of the right angle, and to avoid the risk of short circuit and leakage in the circuit. The cable layout should also strictly adhere to the previous 30% plot ratio red line, avoid excessive wiring, ensure heat dissipation space, and double guarantee cable safety.

  接地与防腐,是山东光伏桥架易踩的两大隐性坑。桥架必须做**可靠跨接接地**,每段桥架之间用接地线连接,形成完整接地通路,防止静电积累引发事故,接地电阻需≤4Ω,符合光伏电气规范。沿海及潮湿区域,防腐要升级处理,桥架拼接处、切割断面要及时补刷防腐锌漆,运维阶段每半年巡检一次,发现锈点立即处理,避免锈蚀蔓延。

  Grounding and anti-corrosion are the two major hidden pits that Shandong photovoltaic bridge frames are prone to stepping on. The bridge frame must be reliably cross grounded, and each section of the bridge frame should be connected with a grounding wire to form a complete grounding path to prevent static electricity accumulation from causing safety accidents. The grounding resistance should be ≤ 4 Ω and comply with photovoltaic electrical safety regulations. Coastal and humid areas require upgraded anti-corrosion treatment. Bridge joints and cutting sections should be promptly repainted with anti-corrosion zinc paint. During the operation and maintenance phase, inspections should be conducted every six months, and rust spots should be dealt with immediately to avoid the spread of rust.
