  电缆桥架作为电缆保护系统,由支架、托臂及安装附件构成,可露天安装或敷设于建筑物管廊,主要应用于地下停车场、工厂厂房等需要电缆防护的场景。一、电缆桥架概述其分类和结构图,如下。

  1.分类槽式桥架:全封闭结构,适用于计算机电缆、通信电缆等敏感线路。具备抗电磁干扰与耐腐蚀特性,尤其适用于屏蔽干扰控制电缆及重腐蚀环境中的电缆防护。梯式桥架:它外型独特像梯子形状,梯型横杆加固设计,承载力强且透气性好。常用于大直径动力电缆敷设。托盘式桥架:它跟槽式桥架的样子非常相似,但是半密封结构,兼具轻量化与高载荷特点。适用于动力与控制电缆混合敷设场景。

  1. Classification trough bridge: fully enclosed structure, suitable for sensitive circuits such as computer cables and communication cables. It has anti electromagnetic interference and corrosion resistance characteristics, especially suitable for shielding interference control cables and cable protection in heavily corrosive environments. Ladder style bridge: It has a unique shape resembling a ladder, with reinforced ladder shaped crossbars, strong load-bearing capacity, and good breathability. Commonly used for laying large-diameter power cables. Tray type bridge: It looks very similar to trough type bridge, but with a semi sealed structure that combines lightweight and high load characteristics. Suitable for mixed laying scenarios of power and control cables.

  2.桥架系统构成电缆桥架系统,由支/吊/托架支撑的托盘(槽)或梯架直线段、弯通段组合而成,需保证电缆敷设的连续性与刚性结构。典型结构节点图如下:二、电缆桥架型式选择屏蔽与防腐要求:需屏蔽电气干扰或防护外部腐蚀液体、易燃粉尘时,应选用(FB)类槽式复合型防腐屏蔽电缆桥架(带盖)。强腐蚀性环境,应采用(F)类复合环氧树脂防腐阻燃型桥架,托臂、支架需同材质以延长使用寿命。

  用场景选择:普通环境可选用托盘式、槽式、梯级式、玻璃防腐阻燃或钢质普通型桥架。易积灰或户外场所应加盖板。特殊场景要求:公共通道或户外跨越道路段:底层梯级底部需加垫板或使用托盘;大跨距(>3m)应选用复合型桥架(FB)。户外场景应选用复合环氧树脂桥架(F)。尺寸与填充率:桥架宽度和高度需符合电缆填充率要求,如动力电缆≤40-50%,控制电缆≤50-70%,并预留10-25%扩容余量。三、桥架常用规格及板材处理1.单件标准长度托盘、梯架直线段单件标准长度一般为2、3、4、6m,常用规格尺寸见表如下:钢制托盘、梯架常用规格表

  钢制桥架的表面处理方式,按工程环境条件、耐久性及经济性选择。当采用防腐方式为镀锌镍合金、高纯化等其它防腐处理的桥架,应按规定试验验证,并应具有明确的技术质量指标及检测方式。

  The surface treatment method for steel cable trays should be selected according to the engineering environmental conditions, durability, and economy. When using anti-corrosion methods such as galvanized nickel alloy, high-purity and other anti-corrosion treatments for bridge frames, they should be tested and verified according to regulations, and should have clear technical quality indicators and testing methods.

  四、接地与安装要求1.接地要求金属桥架全长少需设置2处接地(PE/PEN干线)。非镀锌桥架:连接板两端跨接≥4mm?铜芯接地线。镀锌桥架:连接板需使用防松螺栓固定(每端≥2个)。2.托盘与梯架宽高选择原则电缆填充率:电力电缆≤40%,控制电缆≤50%。承载能力:工作均布荷载不应超过所选桥架荷载等级的额定值。结构稳定性:工作荷载下相对挠度不宜大于1/200。

  4、 Grounding and installation requirements: 1. Grounding requirements: At least 2 grounding points (PE/PEN main line) must be set up along the entire length of the metal bridge. Non galvanized cable tray: The two ends of the connecting plate are bridged with a copper core grounding wire of ≥ 4mm. Galvanized cable tray: The connecting plate needs to be fixed with anti loosening bolts (≥ 2 at each end). 2. The principle for selecting the width and height of trays and ladders is cable filling rate: power cables ≤ 40%, control cables ≤ 50%. Bearing capacity: The uniformly distributed load should not exceed the rated value of the selected bridge load level. Structural stability: The relative deflection under working load should not exceed 1/200.
