  The product adopts a standardized pitch design, with a single section length usually 2 or 3 meters, and is quickly assembled through connecting pieces and bolts. The groove structure comes with a cover plate and, when combined with sealing strips, can achieve an IP55 protection level, making it particularly suitable for dusty or humid environments. The lifting system is equipped with spring shock absorbers, which can absorb vibration energy and reduce the impact load on the bridge body.

  Heat dissipation performance and cable protection

  槽体底部均匀分布散热孔,孔径与间距经过流体力学模拟优化,既能保证空气对流,又避免小动物侵入。实测数据显示,在35℃环境温度下,桥架内部温度比开放式敷设降低12-15℃,显著延长线缆使用寿命。对于大截面电缆,可选配分隔片实现分层布置,防止电磁干扰与热量堆积。

  The bottom of the tank is uniformly distributed with heat dissipation holes, and the aperture and spacing are optimized through fluid dynamics simulation, which can ensure air convection and avoid small animal invasion. Actual test data shows that at an ambient temperature of 35 ℃, the internal temperature of the cable tray is reduced by 12-15 ℃ compared to open laying, significantly extending the service life of the cable. For large section cables, partition plates can be selected for layered arrangement to prevent electromagnetic interference and heat accumulation.

  Surface treatment and weather resistance performance

  阳极氧化膜层厚度达到AA15级标准,盐雾试验超1000小时无腐蚀。喷塑层采用聚酯粉末涂料,膜厚60-80μm,通过百格法附着力测试。在沿海高湿环境使用5年后,涂层完整率仍超过95%。特殊工况可选配导电氧化层,满足等电位连接要求。

  The thickness of the anodized film layer meets the AA15 standard, and there is no corrosion after more than 1000 hours of salt spray test. The spray coating layer is made of polyester powder coating with a film thickness of 60-80 μ m, and has passed the hundred grid adhesion test. After 5 years of use in high humidity coastal environments, the coating integrity rate still exceeds 95%. Special working conditions can be equipped with a conductive oxide layer to meet the requirements of equipotential bonding.

  针对特殊场景,可提供异形弯通、三通等非标配件,小弯曲半径达1.5倍桥架宽度。颜色方面除标准银白、灰白外,可调配RAL色卡任意色系。对于电磁屏蔽要求,可内衬镀锌钢板形成复合结构,屏蔽效能达60dB以上。

  For special scenarios, non-standard accessories such as irregular bends and tees can be provided, with a minimum bending radius of 1.5 times the width of the bridge. In terms of color, in addition to standard silver white and gray white, RAL color cards can be adjusted to any color scheme. For electromagnetic shielding requirements, a composite structure can be formed by lining galvanized steel plates, with a shielding efficiency of over 60dB.

  生产全程执行GB/T 23639-2017标准,关键工序设置激光检测工位。成品需通过承重试验,加载额定载荷1.5倍持续24小时,变形量≤0.2%。每批产品附带检测报告,包含材质分析、涂层厚度、盐雾试验等关键数据。

  The entire production process follows the GB/T 23639-2017 standard, and key processes are equipped with laser detection stations. The finished product needs to pass a load-bearing test, loaded to 1.5 times the rated load for 24 hours, with a deformation of ≤ 0.2%. Each batch of products comes with a testing report, which includes key data such as material analysis, coating thickness, and salt spray testing.
