电缆桥架伸缩缝的处理方式

电缆桥架伸缩缝是为防止建筑物构件由于气候温度变化,使结构产生裂缝或破坏而沿建筑物或者构筑物施工缝方向的适当部位设置的一条构造缝,那么电缆桥架伸缩缝的处理方法是怎样的呢。

The expansion joint of cable tray is a structural joint set at an appropriate position along the direction of the construction joint of the building or structure to prevent cracks or damage to the structure due to climate and temperature changes. So, what is the treatment method for the expansion joint of cable tray.

要跨越伸缩缝的桥架少一侧有较长的直线段,宜超30m,或伸缩缝两侧直线段桥架相加有30m,中间无水平或垂  、当伸缩缝处桥架下方有足够的空间时,可断开桥架,断开距离B应大于建筑物伸缩缝宽L,而且要保证所有电缆能随伸缩缝自由伸缩,不受损坏,同时满足伸和缩时,电缆较小弯曲半径R的要求。

At least one side of the bridge that needs to cross the expansion joint should have a long straight section, preferably exceeding 30m, or the sum of the straight sections on both sides of the expansion joint should be 30m. There should be no horizontal or vertical space in the middle. When there is enough space under the bridge at the expansion joint, the bridge can be disconnected. The distance B should be greater than the width L of the building expansion joint, and it should be ensured that all cables can freely expand and contract with the expansion joint without damage, while meeting the requirement of a smaller bending radius R for cables during expansion and contraction.

若伸缩缝处桥架下方没有足够的空间,应在离伸缩缝较近处设置变宽直通,变宽直通的规格,应按能留足电缆伸缩余量(大于L),同时伸缩时都能满足电缆较小弯曲半径需要。伸缩缝两边变宽直通之间的距离B可略大于伸缩缝宽L。当伸缩缝处横向没有空间、无法安装变宽直通时,可向伸缩缝两侧适当移位。当两边各设一只变宽直通仍不能符合留足电缆伸缩量和较小弯曲半径要求时,伸缩缝两侧可安装两只对称连接的变宽直通。伸缩缝两边桥架之间距离B仍略大于L

If there is not enough space under the bridge at the expansion joint, a widened straight through should be set up closer to the expansion joint. The specification of the widened straight through should be able to leave enough cable expansion allowance (greater than L), and at the same time, it should meet the requirement of smaller bending radius of the cable during expansion. The distance B between the widened straight lines on both sides of the expansion joint can be slightly greater than the width L of the expansion joint. When there is no space horizontally at the expansion joint and it is impossible to install the widened straight lines, they can be appropriately shifted towards both sides of the expansion joint. When one widened straight through is set on each side but still cannot meet the requirements of sufficient cable expansion and smaller bending radius, two symmetrically connected widened straight through can be installed on both sides of the expansion joint. The distance B between the bridge frames on both sides of the expansion joint is still slightly greater than L
