Cable tray is a cable protection product, which can be erected independently or laid on various buildings (structures) and pipe gallery supports, reflecting the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance.
The material of the galvanized bridge is "electro galvanizing", that is, the steel plate is put into the electroplating solution (including zinc oxide) after chemical cleaning, and the zinc molecules are ionized and attached to the surface of the steel plate to form a galvanized bridge.
The grounding jumper is used for the electrical auxiliary connection of the disconnected interface between each section of the bridge and the conduit, which plays the role of on potential and is not normally energized.
As the galvanized bridge is a metal material, which has certain conductivity, the cable bridge jumper is used for the connection of two bridges to play the role of leakage protection. Galvanized connecting plate can be used as jumper wire between galvanized bridges to connect the bridges as a whole. Two connecting bolts at both ends of the connecting plate are installed with galvanized bridge. Install the upper layer first and then the lower layer. Reserve the distance between the upper and lower layers, which is conducive to cable laying and maintenance in the later stage. In other words, when one bridge is not connected with other bridges, each bridge shall be connected to prevent leakage and personal injury. At the end, there will be a ground wire to ground each bridge.
Galvanized cable tray
Galvanized bridge jumper requirements:
1. When another grounding main line is laid along the whole length of the bridge, at least one point of each section of the bridge (including non-linear section) is reliably connected with the grounding main line.
2. The cable tray system shall have reliable electrical connection and grounding (only applicable to metal tray).
3. When the cable tray system allows the formation of grounding trunk circuit, it shall meet the following requirements. The connection resistance between the ends of the cable tray shall not be greater than 0.00033 ohm, and the insulating layer shall be removed from the grounding hole. In 1kV and below neutral point direct grounding system, the grounding of receiving equipment is connected with the neutral line of the system. When installing the dynamic power cut-off device, the metal cross-sectional area of the cable tray along the slope length direction shall not be less than the specified value.
